Why do I have a suspended user in my subaccount?
If a user is suspended in your sub-account, this is due to non-payment. To check the status of your users and subaccount:
Log in to os.partners.internxt.com
Go to "Billing"
From there, you can check the status of your account and make any necessary changes.
How to reactivate a suspended account
To reactivate a suspended account, follow these steps:
Log in to os.partners.internxt.com
Find the subaccount with the status "Suspended"
Right-click the ⋮ icon and click "Reactivate"
