To uninstall the Internxt Drive app from your Windows device, please follow these steps.
Step one: log out the application
First, you need to close the application completely, to do so:
Locate the Internxt logo on the bottom right corner of your screen
Click on the gear icon and Log out.
If the icon is still there, right-click and select "Quit."
This completely closes the app and stops it from running additional processes.
Step two: locate and uninstall the Internxt app
To uninstall the Internxt Windows app, follow these steps
Search “Internxt Drive” using the Windows search function, bottom left of your screen
Right-click and select “Open file location”
Right-click on the Internxt Drive app, select Properties > Open location
Double-click to uninstall Internxt Drive, click “Accept” to confirm.
Step three: remove leftover files
There will still be some residual files left on your device. To remove these:
Use the search function and search “Internxt Drive” once more
Select the files you want to delete.
Confirm to delete them from your device permanently.
