Refunds are not applicable for subscription renewals. If you do not want to pay a renewal charge, you must cancel your plan before the renewal date. Plans that are charged or cancelled after the renewal data are outside the initial 30-day money back guarantee period, and are ineligible for a refund.

If you cancel your plan before the current billing period ends, your plan will automatically downgrade to a free plan, regardless of how much time you have remaining on your subscription.

To avoid unintended renewals, mark your renewal dates and cancel your subscription in advance if you do not wish to continue.
Payments made with cryptocurrencies are not eligible for refunds due to the volatile nature of their value and the irreversible characteristics of blockchain transactions.
