Internxt gives you more flexibility and control when sharing your files with new advanced sharing options.
Now, you can set permissions over who can view, edit, and access your files. You can also stop sharing access to your folders or documents whenever necessary.
To view your sharing options, first, you need to go to Drive Web and follow these steps:
Basic link sharing
To share a file via a secure, encrypted link, you should:
Go to the file or folder you want to share
Right-click and select “Copy link”
The message “Link copied to clipboard” will pop up when successful
Advanced Sharing Options
For advanced sharing options, go to Drive Web and follow these steps:
Go to the folder you want to share
Right-click and select “Share”
Under “General access” choose “Restricted”
To choose people with access, select “Invite”.
Enter the recipient’s email.
Choose if you want them to view or edit your file.
Stop sharing your file
When you want to make a file or document unavailable, you can stop sharing by following these steps:
Go to the folder you want to stop sharing
Right-click and select “Manage Access”
Under “General access” choose “Stop sharing” and confirm
You can now choose whichever option suits your needs when sending files, and know that when you send or store files with Internxt, they are secured with end-to-end and zero-knowledge encryption.
