We added a report abuse feature to Internxt Send for additional security when receiving files. This helps us take action to protect your device and so we can remove and delete the file to ensure your security.
How to report abusive content
When you receive a file via Send, you can either preview or download the file. Another option is to report it as abusive. To do so, click the “Report abuse” button in your screen's bottom right-hand corner.
Once you click the button, you can send us an email notifying us of the problem. You can add the reason for your report and add more details if you feel they are necessary in helping us remove the file. Once you hit send, our team will review your request and delete the file.
