Internxt does not have access to your account logs. In order to precisely answer questions or resolve any technical issues, we may ask a user to send us a copy of their account logs.
Please ensure you have the latest version of the desktop app installed before sending us the account logs.
You can download and check the latest version from our website.
To access your account logs:
Download the Internxt desktop app
Go to “Settings”
Select ”Preferences”
Click on “Open logs”
Your logs will then automatically open and appear on your device, once you have them you can send them to our support team at [email protected] via https://send.internxt.com/
