Two-factor authentication, or 2FA , is an extra layer of security added to the log-in process. You are able to configure a 2FA for your Internxt account.
If you lost your 2FA code, please email [email protected] and we will deactivate it for you so you can log in and reactivate your 2FA using your preferred app.

Failure to secure your backup key will lead to irreversible loss of your files. When you create your account, please make sure to download and store your backup key securely.
A backup key is the only method to recover access to your data because Internxt does not store your password.
