If your account shows as blocked for security reasons, you will be asked to verify your details via email to unblock your Internxt account. To do so, follow the link below.

This error is because our systems block accounts that have too many failed login attempts for security reasons. This is a measure we take just in case there's someone trying to access your account and is trying to guess your password.

To help protect your account from being blocked if you forgot your password, it is recommended you download a backup key, which is an extra security measure to reset your account without losing your files.

Once your account is unblocked, we suggest that you change your password and set up 2-Factor Authentication from the Internxt Drive Web app, to increase the security of your account.
