Before you begin: please verify your new email on the same device you used for the change. Web changes should be verified on a computer; mobile changes cannot be verified on the web and vice versa.
How to change your email address
To change the email address for your Internxt account, first you will need to go to Internxt Drive. From your home screen, follow these steps:
Go to “settings,” the gear icon on the top right of your screen
Under “account details,” click “edit”
You will see your current email and account details
Click “Change” to change your current email
Under “New email” enter your new address for your Internxt account.
Enter your password & click “Send verification”
Check and verify your email on the same device you made the request.
This will change the email address associated with your account. Once you have changed your email, you can log in with your original password.
If you wish to change your password or billing information, this is also possible from your Internxt account.
